 [2] Fax the registration form to Ms Rosa TAY at 61+2+9514 2435

Note: All Broadcom 2008 paper presenters must register at the FULL rate. For authors presenting multiple papers,

one FULL registration is valid for the first paper, 25% discount for each paper beyond the first paper will apply.

Three forms of payments are accepted for BroadCom 2008

  [1] Direct Debit - please refer to the above registration form for our bank account details.

  [2] Credit card - please fill in the registration form with details and fax to Ms Rosa TAY   

                          at 61+2+95142435.

        *Only Visa and Master credit cards are accepted by Broadcom08. Dinners cards are NOT accepted.

 [3] Bank cheque - please made in the name of University of Technology, Sydney and

                            post by courier or airmail to:
